Key Responsibilities:
Lead with Purpose : Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the Chilled and Frozen Foods department.
Drive Success : Manage inventory, achieve financial targets, and ensure product quality and presentation.
Empower Your Team : Train and develop staff while fostering a culture of health and safety.
Customer Focused : Ensure exceptional service and support our team in staying informed about products and promotions.
The successful applicant will have:
Ambition to be an inspiring and effective leader
An understanding of financial KPI's
Strong communication skills at all levels of the organisation
Initiative and an eye for detail
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chilled/Frozen 2IC or a Management Role in Retail
Minimum 1 years' experience in SAP Ordering
Strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving
A commitment to teamwork and a positive work culture
