Associate Professor / Professor and Head of Department, UC Business SchoolApplications are invited for the role of Tumuaki Tari | Head of the Management, Marketing and Tourism Department, a position that is part of Te Kura Umanga | UC Business School Senior Leadership Team and reporting to the Amo Matua | Executive Dean.Au Mahi | What You Will DoAs Head of the Management, Marketing and Tourism Department you will be responsible for academic leadership, aligning the activities of the Department with the strategic and operational objectives of the Business School and University.You will achieve this by:providing academic leadership to foster academic growth and development of staff and studentsestablishing and communicating clear vision and strategic direction that aligns with the Business School and University strategic and operational plansproactively manage finances and resources, ensuring the Department's future economic viabilityprogressing research profiles and leading a culture that fosters outcome-related research activities.Mou | Who You AreYou will be a highly motivated strategic leader with an outstanding academic reputation in a relevant discipline area of the department and strong bicultural and intercultural capability.
