In this role, you will become an AI coach, crafting compelling questions on mechanical engineering-related topics and assessing the writing of other contributors doing the same.Mechanical Engineering Expertise Sought for AI TrainingAbout The Business OpportunityCutting-Edge Consulting Work: Lend your expertise to interesting projects that push the boundaries of AIIndependence: Set your own hours and work remotelyFlexibility: Duration based on project length and hoursRemote Location Options: Remote from any of the following countries - United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and Argentina.Services You Will ProvideYou will use your domain expertise to assess the factuality and relevance of texts produced by AI modelsYou will craft and answer questions related to your field of expertise in order to help train AI modelsYou will use your expertise to evaluate and rank responses generated by AI modelsRequired ExpertisePhD, Master's Degree or Bachelors degree with 5 or more years of work experience in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldEnglish language fluency, both written and spokenDesirable ExpertiseAI and machine learning expertiseProfessional writing experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar rolePaymentCurrently, pay rates for core project work by Mechanical Engineering experts range from $40 to $50 per hour USD.Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors.
For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs.
For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates may apply.
Certain projects offer incentive payments.
