Job DescriptionNUS Enterprise is the Innovation & Entrepreneurial arm of National University of Singapore (NUS). The Ecosystem Building team operates one of the most extensive startup ecosystems in the world, leveraging on world-class research and innovation capabilities twinned with market connectivity through our regional and global nodes.We are recruiting the pioneering team for our CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre serves as a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, and serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation. It will help build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international cybersecurity stakeholders, including industry, academia, cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation. In this role, you will:Serving as the first line of operational contact for venture development programmesProactively creating positive engagement experiences through touch points with partners, programme participants and stakeholders that you may encounterConduct market research to identify potential ecosystem partnersSupport outreach to potential partners for venture programmes and activitiesAssist in organising events, workshops and networking sessionsAssist in regular reporting on the progress and outcomes of the programmeProvide logistical and administrative support to ensure a smooth programme deliveryTrack and update documentation and data relevant to your dutiesQualificationsGood interpersonal and communications skillsGood organisation and administrative skillMeticulous in handling logistics and documentation tasksAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a fast -paced environment.Track record related to entrepreneurship, startups and venture capital particularly in programme or project management would be advantageousMore InformationJob Type: 2-year ContractLocation: Kent Ridge CampusOrganization: NUS EnterpriseDepartment : Ecosystem DevelopmentJob requisition ID : 22838
