• Attend job site weekly meetings as needed
• Supervise installers each day on the job site
• Conduct toolbox topics
• Prepare daily reports on job sites
• Use tools properly to ensure safety and protect the quality of doors and hardware
• Analyze drawings, sketches, and work orders to complete tasks
• Prep doors to receive hardware
• Install frames, doors, hardware & accessories per manufacturer requirements
• Report any damaged products to supervisor
• Manage time to complete tasks efficiently
• Operate equipment safely and use safe work habits
• Examine finished products for defects to ensure conformance with qualityMinimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to lift/carry 25-50 lbs.

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

• Ability to determine the type of tool and equipment needed for a jobPhysical DemandsSpends the majority of time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, using hands, and reaching.
