However, gradually learning about Haemophilia and supporting the Haemophilia centre would be an expectation.
The role facilitates the established clinical pathway used by medical teams in the acute setting to streamline the investigation and management of patients admitted with a diagnosed DVT/PE to reduce length of stay and optimise care.This position is pivotal in enhancing the relationship between primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare services in the diagnosis and treatment of Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) in greater Auckland.As the Nurse Specialist, you will demonstrate expert knowledge, advanced clinical skills, work autonomously, be an excellent communicator, adaptable and work well within a team.
