The Availability Manager is responsible for presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers.
There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best, and this takes quality leadership.You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the Nightfill team, ensuring that merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained, and our store shines so it's a safe and positive work environment for everyone.QualificationsUltimately we're looking for someone with leadership experience, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills.
If you've had any experience in retail, preferably in stock, merchandising, recovery, and presentation, that would be a real advantage.
