We have an exciting opportunity to join our Keith Retirement Village in Hobsonville as a Caregiver in our hospital Unit.We have multiple part-time positions available working the following shifts:0700 - 1500 Sunday and Monday0700 - 1330 Sunday and Monday0700 - 1330 Friday and Saturday1600 - 2100 Sunday to Thursday1500 - 2300 Friday and Saturday2300 - 0700 Friday and SaturdayPlease state in your application what shifts you are applying for.In this role you will:Oversee residents providing activities to engage them.Follow our residents' individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana, or poppa.Engage with our residents and develop lasting relationships with them and their families.Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman.Take time to learn about each and every resident, their background, and what makes them happy to help them enjoy life to the fullest.About YouTo thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:Strong empathy.Kindness in your DNA.A reliable, friendly, and professional style.Obtained or are willing to complete the relevant unit standards (or an equivalent qualification as approved by Ryman) within 18 months of their employment commencement date.About RymanAt Ryman, we believe the measure of a full life is one that gets richer with age.
