Trading since 1991.We are a Custom Design Studio specializing in timeless tattoo art styles; everything we do is designed for the individual, making all our artwork original. We take great pride in producing hand-crafted, authentic Maori / Polynesian / Japanese tattoos and pioneering cutting-edge fusion blended styles such as Maori / Japanese and Maori / Polynesian tattoos, along with a full range of modern tattoo genres.Demand for our work is at an all-time high, and we require a capable, business-minded person with the capacity to achieve sales targets and grow the brand year-on-year alongside our team.The available full-time position is based at our Queenstown Studio with a minimum of 30 hours weekly. You'll be the face of our studio and be responsible for:5-Star customer service, art consultation, and sales as the primary roleHandling customer and supplier email correspondence, as well as booking & calendar management and forward planningBuilding and maintaining an online presence via our website and social media streams and interpreting trends to convert leads into profitsConsistency with social media content creation and presence is a high priority for this position; successful candidates will have experience with social media platforms and creating content maps for Reels, Stories, and Posts.Liaising with our talented team of artists to ensure jobs are well prepared/organized and ensure compliance with all studio policies and standardsUtilizing information technology for general administration and to maintain accounts, and record sales figures for data analysisAssisting with overseeing and controlling stock & supply levelsKeeping a professional appearance and being well-groomedEnsuring the entire studio is kept clinically clean at all timesThe Marketing & Sales Representative we are seeking must have the willingness to learn selling to a wide range of clientele from all over the world and have the creativity & resourcefulness to utilize different platforms for marketing initiatives. We require exceptional time management skills, flexible work hours, a strong ability to prioritize a busy workload, and remain level-headed under pressure, working independently as well as in a team.
