The Alliance team is made up of talented and values-driven people who are passionate about making a difference in the New Zealand agricultural sector.We are looking for a Supervisor in Rendering to join our Lorneville Plant in Invercargill, who reports to the Senior Supervisor. The role is to ensure effective plant operations are maintained in the Rendering Department. This is predominantly a night shift role; flexibility is a must as there may be occasional weekend work required. Must have excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.We are looking for a "hands-on" person who knows how to make people feel welcome, has computer skills, and is mechanically minded. Can work well in a team environment, is physically fit, hardworking, and reliable.
