Field Sales Specialist/Territory ManagerJob DescriptionIn this Field Sales Specialist/Territory Manager role, we are looking for an experienced individual to capture business opportunities, maximize product exposure, and forge strong business relationships to continue and improve company growth.You will be responsible for, but not limited to:Managing a territory of retail customers/stores within the Hawkes Bay Region including Gisborne, Taupo, and Turangi, developing and implementing sales strategies to deliver AOP sales targets.Utilizing banner insights and store-level data to conduct store performance reviews, identifying opportunities for growth and agreeing on action plans to implement.Collaborating with the grocery key account team to drive promotional and shopper activities at stores and providing in-market feedback and insights.Introducing new products into stores, coordinating launch calendars, and ensuring smooth distribution, driving MSL (Must Stock List).Monitoring and ensuring shelf compliance while focusing on growing JDE share of shelf where appropriate.Leading and managing a small team of Merchandisers and third-party contractors.QualificationsTo be the best Field Sales Specialist/Territory Manager, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:5 years' experience as a sales rep, preferably in the North Island FMCG market with great existing relationships and the ability to build strong rapport quickly.Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and influencing key stakeholders with quality conversations.Strong attention to detail with the ability to plan and prioritize an effective call cycle.Great personality, energetic and positive approach with a 'can-do' mindset.Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to follow through, building positive relationships with customers and cultivating positive views of JDE brands.Suitable level of physical fitness to enable you to safely lift and move stock.A passion for all things coffee and teaFull clean driver's license and the willingness to be on the road working independently.Valid unrestricted Work Visa.Additional InformationCompetitive salary, 3% Kiwisaver Employer Contribution, and quarterly bonus.Company Car and Fuel Card.Medical Insurance for you and your family.Income Protection and Life Insurance.Enjoy half a day off on your birthday.Manage your own working day.Work with exciting high-quality brands such as Hummingbird, Jed's, Moccona, L'OR, Bell Tea, and Ti Ora.Be part of an award-winning, high-performing sales team.Delicious coffee and tea on-site and quarterly free staff parcels including a range of our coffee and tea brands.If so, please grab a cuppa, brush up your CV, and apply now (it's really easy, we promise).
