Founded by Mario Rusch, who brings his Swiss heritage and meticulous craftsmanship to every project, our company is dedicated to delivering unparalleled quality and precision.Job Responsibilities:Quoting Jobs: Use company-specific software to accurately quote projects, ensuring transparency and no hidden fees.Designing Jobs: Ensure that all designs meet our standards for form and function, creating spaces that are both beautiful and practical.Ordering Materials: Manage the procurement of materials, ensuring that everything needed for each project is sourced on time and within budget.Programming CNC Router: Program the CNC router to create precision components, leveraging Swiss accuracy and efficiency.Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that every project meets our high standards of craftsmanship.Supporting Team: Provide support to the team during the manufacturing and installation processes, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise.Job Analysis: Conduct thorough job analysis to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure continuous innovation.Qualifications:Proven experience in project management, preferably in the custom millwork or cabinetry industry.Strong proficiency with project management software and CNC programming.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for craftsmanship and quality, with an understanding of the custom millwork industry being a plus.How to Apply:If you are a skilled project manager passionate about craftsmanship and quality, we would love to hear from you.
