You will receive SMO collegial support, and work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.Our Hospital in the Home provides acute inpatient equivalent care, utilising highly skilled staff, cutting edge technology and equipment, medication, and safety and quality standards, to deliver hospital-level care within a person's home.Working closely with patients and their whanau supporting them to maintain autonomy of their health and wellbeing, including acute care needs in their own home.Along with delivering quality clinical care, you will take an active role in service strategy and development.Ko wai matou | Our OrganisationWe are Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, Te Toka Tumai Auckland.
We provide health and disability services to more than half a million people living in central Auckland, regional services for Northland and greater Auckland, and specialist national services for the whole of New Zealand.
