Job Description We are currently seeking a Full-time Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Queenstown Shores resort.
You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.
About the role: Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required; Provide induction and supervision of external contractors; Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and Maintain daily work records and service schedules Expected hours: 40 hours per week Location: 327/343 Frankton Road, Queenstown, STH 9300, New Zealand Salary: $29.66-$30 (excluding superannuation) Approved Sponsor: Oaks Hotels & Resorts Suites Qualifications Successful applicants will have: Previous hands-on building maintenance experience; A passion for delivering exceptional service; Strong time management skills; An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised; Excellent interpersonal and communications.
