Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 cover with responsibilities including aiding with personal care, community outings, integration, and other aspects of daily living - enabling our clients to be as independent as possible.Why us?

Having experience with disability is an advantage; however, it is not essential.Minimum RequirementsA desire to support our Rangatahi and Tamariki to learn new skills and achieve outcomesPrior experience supporting others with aspects of daily living, preferably those living with intellectual or physical disabilitiesIdeally, experience working with children or youthFull driver's licence and confidence to safely transport passengers in our disability vans (training provided)Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekendsAt NZCL, we're passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and reflects the communities we serve.
