We seek an HR professional to provide strategic HR support, drive recruitment, ensure compliance, and enhance employee engagement.
This role involves partnering with stakeholders and contributing to key HR initiatives within the organisation and relevant authorities.Responsibilities:Establish strong relationships with stakeholders as a trusted HR consultant, providing strategic and value-added HR advice.Offer professional support on HR policies, employment legislation, performance management, recruitment, rewards, and leadership appointments.Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence and key stakeholders to execute HR plans, programmes, and services effectively.Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure adequate manpower for current and future operations, aligning with budget and nesting plans.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Medical Affairs, MOH, SMC) to ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements.Provide recommendations and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.Lead or contribute to HR-related projects, events, and committees within the organisation and external vendors.Requirements:Healthcare experience is a plus.Experience in handling clinicians is preferred.Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
