About the role: As a member of the Programme and Performance Team, the Long-Term Plan Coordinator will be responsible and accountable for providing administrative support and coordination of activities associated with the delivery of Selwyn District Council's Long Term Plan (LTP), with a primary focus on the effective management of the end-to-end consultation process.
You will also: Co-ordinate and manage the submissions system and process, including systems set-up, training of internal staff as well as triaging and managing of the submission workflow process.
Organising the hearings including establishing a schedule, booking times with submitters, production of the hearing booklet as well as set up and organisation of the venue.
Co-ordinating and preparing the deliberations booklets and supporting information for the deliberations process Co-ordinating the various meetings and venues required for ELT, Council and staff through out the consultation process Managing all aspects of records management including minute taking.
Responsible for communicating arrangements with councillors, the general public and other team members in relation to the Long term Plan.
