They work collaboratively with a team to deliver an integrated curriculum that allows successful and equitable educational outcomes for all learners.The Hauora Leader will develop, implement and lead the Hauora programmes within the Junior school including the Taha Tinana programme, working in collaboration with outside agencies to provide new, innovative and future focussed opportunities for students in Hauora.You will maintain strong community connections to ensure students participate in activities inside and outside school and support the development of the social and emotional curriculum alongside the Whare Pastoral Leaders.Our preferred candidate must be passionate about Hauora and be an active member of the Junior Pastoral /Curriculum team.Teaching staff appointed to Te Paepae o Aotea are entitled to the High Priority Teacher Supply Allowance.
