About The Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Manager to lead a large warehousing site in Rolleston.
This is a critical role within a large national 3PL business, where you will oversee all branch operations, staff management, and customer engagement while playing a key role in business development.This is your opportunity to take full ownership of the branch, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.
If you are an experienced leader in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations, this role offers the perfect platform to showcase your expertise.
This person will play an integral role in the business.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Maintain strong customer relationships and drive new business opportunities.
Manage all budgets, control costs and drive profitability for the site.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Work closely with the senior leadership team to align branch goals with overall business strategy.
About You At least 5 years proven experience in branch management, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
Excellent customer relationship management and business development skills.
Ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
A hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
A strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong financial acumen, experienced in managing P&L and controlling operational costs for the site.
