You will work for clients who not only care about success in the marketplace, but are passionate about the role of brands in helping bring about social change.Job DescriptionExpectations of the copy-led Creative Director roleLead and inspire creative teams to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementationProvide clear constructive direction on content and design solutionsLead creative and production teams to ensure feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementationSet and manage client expectations regarding design process and deliverablesIdeate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goalsIs responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignmentExtend client relationships and explore new ways to deliver valueDevelop creative ideas that meet both our clients' objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company's expected levels of creative excellence and professionalismManage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendorsCollaborate effectively with the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic workWork closely with copywriter to hone skills and elevate workQualificationsExpectations as a team leaderProvide leadership and professional development to department staffMentor and train team members, contribute to performance reviews, and allocate workMonitor teams to deliver beyond client's expectationsMotivate your team, and be the glue that keeps teams goingSet goals and KPIs for each team member, and work with them to achieve theseLive and breathe the agency's culture of people first always, a passion to learn, a self-starter attitude and a drive to deliver fearless creative work, every timeSkills & ExperienceYou have about 8 to 12 years of work experience and a track record of brave ideas that have made an impact, big or small, on the world we live inYou're a keen student of life, open and curious, always learningAs a communicator, every surface, channel and medium, social or otherwise, is your canvas.
