E-tec specialises in training for the electrotechnology and telecommunications sectors.Together, we equip apprentices and professionals with the skills needed for success.Job DescriptionThe opportunityAs a Site Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our campus operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for learners, tutors, and staff.
You will oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our campus running smoothly, manage facilities and external vendors, and support learners and tutors with the resources they need.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and regulatory standards while providing exceptional customer service.Key responsibilitiesRespond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.Manage classroom scheduling, attendance tracking, and learner enrolment coordination.Oversee exam and assessment administration, including literacy and numeracy testing.Monitor learner progress, addressing skill gaps and liaising with relevant teams.Manage facilities, maintenance, utilities, and site consumables.Support industry courses by handling enquiries, enrolments, and material distribution.Coordinate administrative and operational support for the Learning and Field Teams.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouStrong administrative experience in office or site coordination.Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Management Systems (SAMS) is advantageous.A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Experience in a customer service or educational support role would be a plus.Why Join Us?At Skills, our culture is built on our values ofJoy, Manaakitanga, Collab,andBold.
