Senior Regulatory Specialist

Complementing your strong subject matter expertise and industry networks you will also bring strong problem-solving skills and your ability to work with other groups across the business. As a senior member of the Global Regulatory Affairs team, this role will also provide guidance and coaching to the Regulatory Specialists.This is an exciting opportunity to focus on innovation, growing volume, market expansion, and developing relationships with our key customers.Key responsibilities of this role include:Take the lead in understanding and ensuring compliance with overseas and New Zealand regulatory requirements related to new product development.Develop external relationships and networks to ensure Synlait is kept up to date in its knowledge and understanding of New Zealand regulations, especially those relating to infant formula products.Manage the regulatory registration process for new products. Co-ordinate and drive activities across functional areas as required.Work with MPI and applicable industry associations on New Zealand regulations and overseas market access requirements for dairy and infant formula products.Maintain an overview of changes to the regulatory and market access requirements for dairy and infant formula products in New Zealand and in key Synlait markets.Skills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate for this role will bring a wealth of experience in the infant formula and dairy space.
