Our community services provide supplementary support to our clinical teams to support holistic whanau wellness, provide helpful services and supporting stronger community bonds.We have an exciting opportunity for passionate and experienced Community Services Manager to join our revamped team and provide strong local leadership in the implementation of our strategic vision.
This is a permanent part time role (20 hours per week - with some negotiation on days and hours).

Your leadership will be key in driving performance, accountability, and high-quality, culturally safe services that make a real difference for whanau and communities.In this role, you'll foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team.
Working with your colleagues and the Head of Community Services, you'll develop and implement strategies to ensure services are responsive, sustainable, and aligned with the needs of your communities.
You'll take ownership and drive initiatives that create lasting change for the people we serve.Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders—including iwi, government agencies, health sector partners, and NGOs—will be crucial to the success of your team.
You'll work to integrate services, meet operational targets, and ensure that financial and performance outcomes are achieved.He korero mou | About YouWe're looking for someone who is not only strategic but also positive and motivated with a "can-do" attitude.
You will be able to work autonomously, managing both the day-to-day needs of the role and the longer-term strategic direction.
