We're expanding our data team to support our next phase of growth and are looking for a Data analyst with several years' experience to join us Ambitious and curious minds wantedAbout the Role:As an experienced Data Analyst, you will play a key role in providing analytical expertise to support initiatives across the business. You will apply your analytical skills and techniques to understand, validate, and articulate problems and opportunities, delivering data-driven solutions and recommendations. Your expertise in data modelling and analysis will be utilised for business operations, driving insights, and reporting. If you have 3-4 years' experience and are looking to own projects from start to finish (in a supportive environment) this is the role for youWhat You'll Do:Serve as a data expert for the organisation, contributing as a data lead for initiatives and projects.Maintain and improve on a comprehensive suite of BI dashboards, including issue diagnosis and resolution.Communicate proactively with stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to represent data and address customer needs.Write high quality code and queries within deadlines, ensuring the data is clean, digestible, and fit for purpose.Analyse complex data sets and convert them into insightful reports and analyses that inform decision-making.Strong proficiency and experience in SQL.Experience in building relationships and leading discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong aptitude for working with data and analytics.Excellent communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor's or higher in a numeric subject e.g. computer science, statistics, maths, data science.3-4 years' experience as an analyst.About you:Curious mind and analytical skills, able to work across complex data and give actionable insights.Working knowledge of visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.Experience in data warehouse modelling techniques and programming languages such as Python and R is desirable.Working with Us:We are a fast moving, ambitious team that are driven to do what's right for our customers.
