As a key member of the National Healthcare Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operations of our IT Finance Operations.
This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work closely with various teams across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Business Finance Operations & SupportProcess invoices and facilitate verification of projects/systems and tracking of budget utilisation.Process and monitor IT Purchase Request for CAPEX and OPEX.Provide end-to-end support on requisition, billing and invoice queries from institutions, vendors and IT staff.Work with Finance and Materials Management departments on matters relating to IT budget, procurement and invoicing.IT Governance and BudgetingProvide support for annual IT budgeting exercise for institution IT budget, working in collaboration with Cluster Finance.Assist in monitoring and reporting of IT utilisation against budget.Work collaboratively with various teams to act as a liaison between Institution, NHG and Synapxe teams, supporting institution and cluster CIOO activities.Advise, support and work with various teams to ensure compliance with IT governance, such as authorisation process.Administration SupportAssist in schedules and logistical facilitation of business meetings/forums.Route and track documents for approvals by Institution / Cluster Management.Provide general administrative support to CIO Office.This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
