Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of call for customers walking through the door Interact with customers, identifying their needs and presenting solutions across our wide range of products and services Customer service that grows sales and loyalty Provide world-class customer service - Ensuring customers are always the number one priority Upsell at every opportunity Liaise with support teams including suppliers by phone, email etc to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and on time.
