Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and inspire a team of part-time and casual staff.Deliver exceptional customer service.Oversee daily operations, stock, and visual merchandising.Achieve store sales targets, KPIs, and labour budgets.Coach and mentor team members for growth and performance.Make data-driven commercial decisions to drive business growth.Maintain company policies and a professional store environment.BenefitsSalary: $55-56k base + bonus & commission based on store performance.Career Growth: Access to leadership programs and development opportunities.Discounts: Up to 50% off for you, and 30% for family and friends.Well-being: Wellness days, free skin checks, health insurance, and gym perks.Training: Ongoing training and career progression opportunities within Hanes Brands.Roster: Tuesday - Saturday. 38 hoursTo Be SuccessfulExperience as an ASM (Assistant Store Manager), in a supervisory role or as a Key Holder looking to step up.Strong leadership and team development skills.Proven success in achieving sales targets and customer service excellence.Ability to manage stock, merchandising, and store operations.Passion for homeware, attention to detail, and commercial acumen.Adaptable and eager to grow in a dynamic retail environment.
