The team acts for significant entities across the public and private sector.
In this role, you would be involved in M&A, general corporate and commercial advisory work, commercial contract drafting and procurement, across the energy, infrastructure, technology and social sectors, to name a few.The team pride themselves on their reliability, responsiveness and creativity to achieve client outcomes.
They support and push each other to keep learning, developing and providing top quality advice.
