This role provides extraordinary customer service and seamless coordination & scheduling of our services across our clients and our staff throughout New Zealand. Also, the delivery of superior administration support to staff internally to enable them to achieve their tasks is required.To be successful in this role, key skills and attributes we require are:Sound knowledge and working experience in the Microsoft suite specifically in MS Office, Outlook, and ExcelStrong scheduling & organisational skillsAbility to work within a database environmentSkilled in delivering exceptional customer serviceStrong written and verbal communications skillsExperience in arranging & booking travelAbout YouYou will be an administration and coordinator superstar You will have the ability to navigate a busy work environment with an organised, calm approach, providing an exceptional level of service to both our staff and our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and to engage and connect with people, including those in your team, will be second to none Other key strengths will include your exceptional attention to detail and desire to take the necessary steps to get the job completed.
