Where making an impact matters.We're looking for a Technology Governance Analyst to help support the implementation of internal standards and practices for Technology Governance within Digital and Technology (D&T) at Kiwibank.
The role is responsible for helping manage D&T policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring they are fit for purpose and regularly reviewed.
It involves monitoring and reporting on technology controls and compliance metrics, and the development of reports and dashboards to measure effectiveness and efficiency to help identify areas for process improvement.
You will also support our Architecture Practice and Governance Manager in refining and running the Architecture Practice and assist the wider team through research and analysis activities.
The role can be a stepping-stone into other technology governance or analyst roles with opportunities to learn, grow, and specialise over time.

Where your expertise matters.Key skills and experience we're looking for: Passionate and knowledgeable about technology with proven and solid industry experience3+ years of IT process implementation experienceKnowledge & understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and privacy related regulationsStrong analytical abilities, experience examining complex systems and processes and identify issuesProficiency with data analysis and reporting toolsStrong verbal and written communication skillsThis is us.
