Job Description:We are seeking a professional and organized Weekend Receptionist to join our team in Napier, New Zealand. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and managing various administrative tasks.
Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our organizationAnswer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communicationsSchedule appointments and maintain an up-to-date calendar for the officeHandle basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparationManage incoming and outgoing mail and packagesMaintain a clean and organized reception areaAssist with various office tasks as needed, supporting the team's efficiencyEnsure security protocols are followed, including visitor sign-in procedures Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorProficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office suite and email managementDemonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentKeen attention to detail and strong organizational skillsPrevious experience in a reception or customer service role preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work weekend hours as required for the position Additional Information:What's in it for you?
