Specialty Clinical Nurse Pacific: Fanau Ola Clinical role, with a purpose to make difference for Maori and Pacific communities Full-time role (40h per week) Remuneration between $95, - $, depending on experience Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity The position of the Specialty Clinical Nurse Pacific is accountable for reviewing and advancing the delivery of quality care services with specialty nursing focus on Pacific patients and their families across the care continuum. The ultimate purpose is to improve care services for Pacific patients and their families.
The primary purpose of the position involves applying expert knowledge and experience for improving the health experience of patients and their families (aiga, kaiga, magafaoa, kopu tagata, vuvale, famili) who are referred to Te Toka Tumai Auckland Pacific Health services for assessment, treatment and support within the Te Toka Tumai District

More than three years of clinical practice Registered Nurse with current NZ Practicing Certificate & PDRP portfolio Current New Zealand Nurses' Council Annual Practicing Certificate Pacific cultural competency is an integral element of this role as well as being fluent in a Pacific Island language An excellent team worker, communicator and a good ambassador of Pacific health and ADHB Ko wai matou | Our Organisation We are Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland.
