We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse to join our team at Health New Lynn Medical Centre.
At Health New Lynn our vision is to provide quality healthcare that is accessible to the people of New Lynn and surrounding areas.
We are a Cornerstone accredited practice that cares for a community of around 19,000 patients from a wide and diverse range of cultures.
The practice has a culture of professional development, and we support nurse graduates through to nurse practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:Standard general practice nursing procedures and activities including HPV screening, immunizations, long-term condition management, wound management, and acute care.Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.Serve as a mentor and resource for colleagues, providing guidance and support in the provision of primary care nursing.Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the department.Our successful applicant will have:Current Annual Practicing Certificate from New Zealand Nursing Council.Current experience in New Zealand primary care nursing.A high degree of autonomy, with great assessment and time management skills.Experience working with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.Practice which aligns with the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, opportunities for professional development and career advancement, and a collaborative and supportive work environment.
