We have exciting opportunities ahead, and we're looking for a Finance Manager to join us and help drive our continued success.
About the Role:Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager will oversee our financial operations ensuring the continued financial health and sustainability of the organisations.
This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive and strategic thinker to manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and provide financial advice to support our growth.
You will be a key player in shaping the future of our financial success and an integral part of our Senior Management team.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a small finance/payroll team.Oversee all day-to-day financial operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll.Monitor, review and optimise funding streams.Ensure compliance with financial and government regulations.Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts, and provide timely, accurate financial performance reports to the Board, Management and stakeholders.Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures and internal controls and identify any areas for improvement.Collaborate with external Accountants, providing advice on financial performance and trends.To Succeed in this Role, You Will Have:A relevant tertiary qualification.At least 6 years of experience in a Finance Manager role, with a strong background in financial management, compliance and reporting.Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership and problem-solving.What We Offer:5 weeks annual leave.Centrally located office in Hamilton East, with onsite parking.A positive and supportive work environment.Start Date: As soon as possible
