Be a key player in our growth and success. You will be an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager, providing leadership to a large multidisciplinary infrastructure project across New Zealand.You will take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring that they are delivered safely and successfully, with a focus on service and quality. We want you to come in and hit the ground runningHEB will provide a friendly and supportive team environment. Initially based with the Winning Work team at the Head Office in Auckland, the position will eventually transfer to site as required once projects have been won and commenced.The Role:You'll also be responsible for:Delivering quality civils projects within time and budget parameters, and to the client's satisfactionProviding specialised technical advice as appropriateManage and motivate effective project teams and sub-contractorsChampion health and safetyWork alongside managers and stakeholdersActively seeking improvement and innovation opportunities to harness efficiency in all aspects of our workAbout You:To be successful in this role you'll have significant experience (10+ years) in project delivery and construction management. You'll also have:Civil Engineering degree, equivalent qualification, or through years of experienceProven experience in managing water, utilities, roading, earthworks, land development, and other civil construction projectsGood interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with othersFinancial acumen so you can deliver projects within budgetExperience contributing to tender development and fostering strategic partnershipsExperience managing a diverse team and range projectsWhat We Offer:HEB offers an excellent benefits package to our employees.
