Join us and be part of a team that contributes directly to the growth of New Zealand, supporting our shareholders, customers, and people.Job DescriptionThe Role:As the Learning Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our training programmes designing and delivering engaging and impactful essential business skills, leadership, and core training programmes.What you'll be doing:Designing and Delivering Training: Create engaging and high-quality learning solutions, including e-learning materials, training guides, and face-to-face sessions.Collaborating with Experts: Work with internal subject matter experts to develop targeted content that meets the learning needs of our employees.Supporting Organisational Development: Assist in various organisational development initiatives and career pathway designs.Ensuring Excellence: Keep our learning management system up to date and ensure all training materials are current and effective.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat We're Looking For:A relevant tertiary qualification in adult learning, human resources, or organisational development.5+ years of experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programmes.Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems and applying human-centred design principles.Strong business writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.A natural relationship builder with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.Ready for a Fresh Start in 2025?If you're ready to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact, apply now to join Fidelity Life as a Learning Specialist.
