About Our Client: Head Office is located in Welington's Lower Hutt region with a team of 30 people located in New Zealand and with some aggressive growth plans to expand into Australia. Vanguard Group specialize in traffic and pedestrian safety, delivering cutting-edge, end-to-end solutions that keep sites secure and people confident.  This is a B2B organisation who provide safety solutions to a myriad of businesses in multiple sectors from industrial, manufacturing, construction, civil and roading as well as other bespoke projects in niche sectors. The team at Vanguard are expanding rapidly and have made a strategic move to bring all marketing functions inhouse, this role is critical to building the foundations of the new Marketing Department. About the role We are on the hunt for a passionate, energetic, confident and capable Marketing Coordinator who will be the "go to" person for all marketing activities and projects and the liaison between the creative team and internal stakeholders. To successfully step into this brand-new position you will need to be a natural collaborator and connector with a strong understanding of all marketing functions from content creation, videography, digital and other traditional methods. You will be the essential glue that binds all of the marketing efforts together, keeping projects on time and on budget, the driving force that pulls together creative content from conception to execution in partnership with the Content Creator and the Videographer. As Marketing Coordinator, you will own all marketing projects, making sure every piece comes together seamlessly with your stellar coordination skills. This is a perfect role if you thrive in a fast-paced environment whether you come from an agency background or internal marketing within a commercial organization. Your mission? Lead marketing initiatives, streamline collaboration across teams, and make an impact at one of New Zealand's leading safety solutions providers. Requirements About You You are someone with a great grasp of the full suite of marketing fundamentals who is ready to transition into a role where you can focus on coordinating and project management or you're someone who is already a top-notch coordinator looking to take on the challenge of working with a reputable, growing company. You could be working in an agency environment or within business, preferably marketing products and solutions. You have basic  design editing skills and are comfortable with technology but above all you know how to keep projects moving and people accountable without breaking a sweat. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like HubSpot and Adobe InDesign. Proactive: You anticipate needs and manage tasks with ease. Marketing Generalist: You've got broad marketing knowledge and the ability to juggle multiple projects seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination: Manage marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines are met, and everyone stays aligned. Sales Collateral Management: Organise, update, and maintain sales materials such as brochures, spec sheets, and website content. Design Support: Use Adobe InDesign to create and update marketing resources quickly and effectively. Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, product launches, and webinars, managing logistics and budgets to ensure seamless delivery. Database Management: Ensure HubSpot database is clean and up-to-date, supporting smooth and effective marketing campaigns.
