You'll tackle a high-volume, demanding specialty, taking charge of resources, workflows, and quality compliance to deliver outstanding surgical care.As the Associate Clinical Nurse Manager- General surgery, you will Lead a dedicated team focused on providing high-quality patient care in general surgery.
Manage resource allocation, patient flow, and the utilisation of theatre time to optimise outcomes.
Navigate complex situations daily, applying critical analysis to develop effective solutions.
Ensure adherence to operating theatre standards, processes, and policies while promoting a culture of excellence.About the Team/Service/ Location There is a strong team focus in Theatre and our nursing staff work together and closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide a person/whānau centred approach.
