We're currently on the hunt for Plumbing, Gasfitting & Drainlaying (PGD) apprentices in Central Otago who want to experience all the ins and outs of the plumbing trade, from fixing up homes to tackling big commercial projects. You'll be doing things like installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, and appliances, reading blueprints, and making sure everything meets plumbing standards.No two days will be the same, and you'll always have interesting challenges to tackle. You'll get your hands on different materials and tools, and you'll need to think on your feet in our fast-paced environment.Minimum RequirementsSomeone who's eager to learnA driver's licence (even if it's just a restricted one)Ready to pass a drug test, a pre-employment medical check, and a Ministry of Justice background checkMust be a New Zealand resident or citizenCommitment to a 4-5 year apprenticeshipAt Masterlink, we're all about helping you become an ace tradesperson with the help of an experienced mentor.
