What You'll Need to Bring: Minimum of three GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in Mathematics, English and Science (or equivalent). Naturally curious with a strong aptitude for investigating data, uncovering trends, and drawing conclusions. Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies as needed in a fast-evolving field. Eager to learn predictive techniques, such as time series forecasting or data mining, to identify trends. Precision in data entry, cleaning, and reporting, with the ability to spot inconsistencies or errors in datasets. Capable of explaining complex data insights in a way that's accessible to non-technical team members or clients. Ability to think critically and approach data-related challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Comfortable working within a team, receiving feedback, and collaborating to improve data processes. High regard for data privacy, integrity, and accuracy, ensuring responsible handling of all information. Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and potentially Python or R for basic data handling and analysis - Desirable. What You'll Be Doing: Post-install data validation. Screening data for profile changes and reporting to customers. Analyse data sets taking account of different data structures and database designs. Implement the stages of the data analysis lifecycle. Apply principles of data classification within data analysis activity. Assess the impact on user experience and domain context on data analysis activity. Identify and escalate quality risks in data analysis with suggested mitigation or resolutions as appropriate. Undertake customer requirements analysis and implement findings in data analytics planning and outputs. Identify data sources and the risks and challenges to combination within data analysis activity. Apply organisational architecture requirements to data analysis activities. Apply statistical methodologies to data analysis tasks. Apply predictive analytics in the collation and use of data. Use a range of analytical techniques such as data mining, time series forecasting and modelling techniques to identify and predict trends and patterns in data. Collate and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and convert into infographics, reports, tables, dashboards and graphs.
