Our unique location here in Queenstown offers our guests two hotels from the Hilton brand to choose from - Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa and DoubleTree by Hilton Queenstown. Our Team Members get to work across both properties.

What will I be doing? We are currently seeking a Hospitality Professional – Porter to join our team As a Hospitality Professional, you will be a specialist in the Front Office department and a generalist in all entry-level front of house and back of house roles.
As a Hospitality Professional - Porter, you will work together with our Front Office team to provide an unforgettable guest experience. The team is responsible for the organization and smooth running of all processes in the hotel lobby.
Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Welcome our guests on arrival and assist them throughout their stayShow guests to their rooms and explain the amenities and emergency proceduresPrepare the lobby information boardSafely valet guest cars and drive the hotel complementary shuttle serviceKeep up-to-date with hotel and local services and eventsProvide support to the Concierge as requiredWhat are we looking for? We are looking for a suitable candidate who can cover this position from July 2024 onwards. In your new role, you will be working on behalf of our Guests and collaborating with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
