Residential Support Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Residential Support Worker to join a reputable therapeutic care provider.
This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary of £12.50 per hour plus £80 per sleep for a 40-hour work week.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will support young people in their emotional and social development, always ensuring their safety and well-being.
They are looking for 4 Residential Support Workers.
You will be responsible for: Developing and encouraging respectful relationships with young people and promoting socially acceptable behaviour.Providing guidance and counselling to assist in the social development of young people.Safeguarding young people by maintaining control in situations and addressing any concerns promptly.Maintaining open lines of communication with colleagues to ensure young people's needs are met.Contributing to regular assessments and ensuring accurate records are kept regarding the progress of young people.Supporting new staff members in their induction and working closely with management to optimise resource allocation.Assisting in developing and organising recreational activities for young people.What we are looking for: Previous experience working as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Keyworker, Childcare Worker, Care Worker or in a similar role.Ideally, have experience working with children and young people.Working towards level 3 diploma in the Children & Young People's Workforce.Valid UK driving licence.Enhanced Disclosure check.Apply now for this exceptional Residential Support Worker opportunity to work with a dynamic team and further enhance your career.
