What our client has to offer: Monday - Friday, 42 hours per week (hours are flexible and negotiable)Competitive salary with annual reviews$3000 sign on bonusA day off on your birthdayPersonal and career developmentDiscounted health insurance, wellness initiatives and access to naturopathic adviceOn site café + a ping pong table in staff roomProduct discountsA fun and supportive team environmentYour duties will include, but are not limited to: Planning and scheduling all maintenance (R&M) jobsMonitoring and reporting on maintenance backlogContractor management and vendor coordinationAssisting with spares management and parts orderingData collaboration, analysis and reporting for future improvementsAssisting with spares management and ordering partsAssigning WO's to trades and tracking progressThe ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in maintenance planning, with budgeting and expenditure management experience (or a strong trade background with an interest to learn)CMMS experience and high computer literacyUnderstanding of RCM maintenance principles, R&M process development and master dataStrong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks under pressureLowie Recruitment can connect you with not just a job, but a career.
