Role Overview

The Wayfinder Lead is responsible for leading a team of Support Workers to provide exceptional service and guidance to Life Stylers.
Your role will focus on coaching your team to navigate services, develop skills, and implement programs that support Life Stylers' personal goals.
The role undertakes all aspects of leadership - recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and strengths, foster a collaborative environment of growth and continuous learning, set clear expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance appraisals, promote open and transparent communication within the team and across the organization, ensure team accountability and maintain high ethical standards.
This is a rostered position of 4 days on 4 days off covering the afternoon / evening shift from 2pm through to 10:30pm.
