This is a win-win-win situation as individuals, organisations, communities, and even the government benefit from your endeavours.Role | Naga mahiAs an IPS Employment Consultant, you will support clients into employment of their choice.
You will provide ongoing support for clients in employment and assist them in recognizing and maximizing their strengths.You will assist them in working towards their recovery goals and help develop their career plans by supporting them to develop up-to-date resumes, completing job applications, and building interview confidence.Using your interpersonal skills, you will build trusting and collaborative relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at various levels, including liaising with Mental Health Services and Work & Income.You will | Nga PukengaNational Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4 or equivalentFull current NZ drivers' licenseIdeally have experience working within Employment Support or related roles e.g.
