The team thrives on innovation, support, and a shared commitment to advancing the mana of our iwi, fostering a strong connection to our values of kaitiakitanga, whanaungatanga, and rangatiratanga.Ko te turanga mahi | About the roleKaitohu – Analyst Reporting and Monitoring is responsible for:Leading the design and implementation of reporting systems, processes, and tools to ensure the timely delivery of milestones and data across internal and external contracts.Monitoring and producing accurate reports that meet the needs of Pou Toa Matarau and stakeholders, ensuring performance outputs and outcomes are aligned with strategic goals.Identifying and pursuing opportunities for continuous service improvement, while fostering strong relationships with partners and funding entities to support Ngati Toa's aspirations.Ko nga wheako ou | About youYour expertise in reporting and monitoring systems will be second nature, and you'll be excited to bring your skills to support Ngati Toa's strategic goals.
