The Business Systems Division at Fletcher Construction has an exciting opportunity for a Procore Business Analyst to join our team.Procore plays a central role at Fletcher Construction, and we are looking for someone with extensive construction industry experience and a genuine passion for engaging with system users to provide training, advice, and guidance.This role requires excellent communication skills and a natural talent for training.
The ideal candidate will feel confident engaging with user groups both in person and online.
You will also have conventional Business Analyst skills to evaluate, recommend, and implement new functionality, ensuring a seamless customer experience.A key focus of this role is to foster a strong and connected community of Procore users within the business, ensuring the system is utilised to its full potential.
