We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract to support key business initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Based at our support office in Morningside, you will play a vital role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the business.
You will work closely with stakeholders to provide data-based actionable recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and strategic direction.
In this role, you will significantly contribute to modelling our new Distribution Centre, driving various optimisation projects, and introducing AI to the business.

What You'll Be Responsible For: Data Analysis & Insights: Develop reports, dashboards, and models to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive business decisions.Stakeholder Engagement: Assess business needs and define a strategic way forward.Projects & Business Transformation: Support key initiatives by providing data-driven insights and measuring the impact of business changes.Automation & Process Improvement: Use RPA and automation tools to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.Industry & Technical Research: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance analytical capabilities.What We're Looking For: Ideally 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data science or a related fieldProficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools (Power BI, Looker etc)Demonstrated history of driving change and impact through data modelling, automation, and machine learning (using tools like Python, R, RPA - UiPath etc)Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into business insightsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA proactive approach and the ability to work independentlyHow to Apply Click apply now to apply online.
