Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Warmly greet and assist customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience. This is a front-facing role where you are expected to engage with customers. Checkout Operations: Efficiently process transactions at the checkout, maintaining accuracy and speed. Stock Management: Restock shelves, check product dates, and ensure products are displayed attractively and accurately priced. Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and tidy, adhering to health and safety standards so that all of our team are safe. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support store operations and maintain a positive work environment. What we're looking for: Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus Why Join Us?
