This includes listed companies, iwi, local subsidiaries of multinationals, fund managers, private companies, trusts, and individuals.As a Senior lawyer in the team, your responsibilities will be multifaceted. Depending on your experience and areas of interest, your work could include the following: mergers and acquisitions; domestic and international transactions; business and corporate advisory; capital markets; private equity; venture capital; and/or joint ventures.You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team that works in partnership with their clients, where you will gain valuable experience. You will need to be a strong team player and have a genuine ambition to establish yourself as a recognised professional in the corporate and commercial field.
